very disappointed to have been hoodwinked by this organisation with very misleading sales pitch resulting in NOT receiving what I was led to believe I had purchased and instead being asked to pay DOUBLE in order to receive what I was expecting.
Summary of what I paid
£15 for photoshoot and 1 large print
£199.95 for 4 additional images in medium, small and keyring sizes plus digital images
After receiving a set of doctored version of the image files by email which are basically unusable instead of the original files I was expecting I contacted these scammers by email only to be told that it was stated on the small print of the documentation that the digital images offer are reduced file size not suitable for printing. This was NOT what I was sold by the salesman who deliberately omitted this aspect when outlining the offer purposely allowing me to believe that I would be receiving the actual digital files in a usable format and not a set of stupid low resolution versions.
I was however invited to buy the original digital files that I had already been led to believe that I had purchased in the £199.95 bundle for the bargain price of another £199.95 - an offer I declined.
I recommend either avoiding this outfit entirely or being very diligent in establishing exactly what you are being offered for your money.

One of the Best Photo Studios in Town, received a 16x20 Picture worth £130 for just £15, That's AMazing. Thou the rates for additional photographs look a little Pricey, I received pictures in different sizes. So definitely worth the Price. The Icing on the Cream was when i received a Free Digital File on purchasing the entire package. Would recommend to everyone. Just Make sure you read the details on the Voucher, as the Sales Team can use their Sales Tactics. Everything is Transparent on the Voucher.

I'm not happy at all whit the service... they don't let my to choose which picture i want on the big size. I need to take the first picture what they did. . And me I don't like but they don't care. Very bad service. Very bad!!! Never i will do more pictures there.

One of the best photo studio's around. This is my 5th time of using their service,each time I buy the entire package for my family. Is worth it 100per.
Don't know why a few people here are been so negative. They are professionals all the way from the shopping centre where I and am Mrs signed up to the studio. Thanks

Wow,i was approached by one of their staffs in a shopping centre,after going through their albums,i saw the one i really liked,i picked a date,paid £10 and went on that day for the photo,i was dressed before the photo and face powdered to look nice,wow,the picture came out couldn't believe my eyes,it was one of the best pictures have ever took,the print amazing.I recommend them.

I visited European Portrait Studios last week. I am very concerned about the quality of photos, so I inquired them about it. They assured me that all their photos are of best quality. I agreed for the photo shoot. The photographer helped me in posing right. They told me to collect the photos after a week. Today morning I collected the photos. The quality of photos are just great. I am very happy with their service. I would recommend them to all the readers.

I visited European Portrait Studios to book them for my wedding photography. The staff explained me different available packages for wedding photos. They asked me to deposit a small amount that I did. On my wedding thier photographer arrived. He clicked some good photos of mine with my wife. He helped us both in posing. Next week I collected photo album from their office. The quality of photo prints were very good. The rates were affordable. I would recommend them for wedding photography.

One of my friends suggested european portrait studios to me. So I decided to visit them. I am very much concerned with the quality of photos, so I asked the staff there whether the quality of photos would be good. They assured me that they use RA-4 standards which is one of the best quality standards in UK and hence I need not worry.
I was convinced by their answer so inquired them about their packages and costs. I liked their 5 pose as it offered the best five pictures of mine. They then introduced me to their photographer. He was professional and took some quality pics. They said that I can take them next week.
Next week I went to take my pictures. The quality of photos were good. They were exactly the way I wanted. I am convinced with their service and quality. I would surely recommend them to all.

I tried European Portrait Studios for a family photoshoot. Their service is very good. The photographer was professional and helped us to pose perfectly. The rates are very cheap £15 for one family picture. The quality of photos are just great. I would love to try them again especially for my wedding photography.

After reading the reviews on google, I thought of visiting European Portrait Studios. I went to their office, where I was heartily greeted by a staff member. I was a bit worried about the quality of photos but he assured me that all their photos were of good quality. He explained me different options that were available.
I liked their 5 poses offer as it included 5 best photos. I was made to meet their photographer. He guided me in posing. I felt him professional in his work. They told me to collect photos after a week.
After a week I went to their office and got my photos. The quality of photos were good. The colour porportions were just perfect. I would recommend European Portrait Studios to all my friends and family.

Two weeks ago I went to European Portrait Studios for photography. As I went inside the staff there gave me a warm welcome. I inquired them about what different packages were available along with their rates. They explained me the different packages. I liked he package that had 5 poses and selected it. Then I was sent for photography. The photographer was very friendly and guided me in getting some great poses of mine. After around a week I went to collect my photos. They were ready and I liked the quality of photos. Thank you European Portrait Studios.

the worst money stealing company i have ever had anything to do with!!!!!!! I would advice anyone that needs their photos taking to look for a better place. They advertise with a big lie, the customer service is rubbish. the pictures are sooooo bad that you might as well get a camera and do it your selves. Contacted the office and was told to call or e-mail the"Manager" that does not get back to you. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!

Hello Director and studio manager at European Portrait Studio,
I believe you received my numerous emails and calls. As you choose not to answer me, so I am making this complaint publicly.
In fact, I am not the 1st victim. If you do a google search, you can easily find lots of others.
I am also publishing my complaints on SWPP and BPPA and all major photograph website, in order to get as many people as possible to know your Cheeky Cheats (I reuse the "Cheeky Cheats" from a review of your other clients).
In order to get the contract, your staff made me an exaggerated promise before I payed the deposit. Just to make sure, I asked your staff to write what she has said to the contract. So did she, and it was as well signed by her. I still keep a proof.
On the day of collection, your staff cheated and pushed me again to buy the photos. Your staff told me if I pay 100 pounds I can have all the high definition digital photos. I could have all the photos shown to me this day (the colour ones and the black ones). On all the formats. And I paid 100 pounds straight away.
Of course, now that I paid, you denied that.... You showed me some hidden terms and conditions which I do not remember having seen anywhere. Neither signed.
On each paper/contract/receipt there is a different version, and also between each member of your staff there is different version, so it's very confusing for the clients. You just want to make sure the client pay.
I paid 100 pounds cash for some useless low resolution digital photos and I would like to have an invoice for what I have paid. You said you can't give this. In your SMS you said to all customs that you only receive the cash. In the mean time you don't provide any invoice. Is that for hiding tax purpose? Is that legal? I will check with HMRC.
All I want to say, as the previous customers, keep away from this photo studio! Shabby premises and rudest staff!
I have a lot to proof, and I am prepared to take all legal actions to find justice and avoid other people to get scammed.

I came across this promotional offer from European portrait studios at Dalston Shopping Centre. The offer was that we get 16x20 portrait for £15.We have to pay £10 upfront and get appoinment booked. I did the same and got the appointment booked.
At Studio we have to pay another £5 which is mentioned in the receipt provided by them. For portraits they provide some different clothes used in portrait photography.
To my surprise they took more poses and said they will print all for us. We can look at the printed pictures but we were not forced to buy. I noticed the operation is a bit unorganized but looking at the rush for this promotion, i would give it good rating if not excellent.
When i seen those pictures at the time of collection, all of the poses were nice. but i wanted just the free picture. (Did not want to spend much). I am happy overall with the service and especially the picture quality. I wish i could have spent some more money and got another poses. I will visit again and recommend to my friends.

I wanted an excellent anniversary album at a
decent price and I found European portrait studios nearest to me. I visited them one
weekend and scheduled a photo session. I would say the studio is a bit unorganized but
i also noticed a lot of customers visiting the studio and they are managing really well.
Most importantly, the album i got and photo quality is fantastic. I must say European
portrait studios staff is well experienced. Thank you European portrait studios and keep
up the good work. I will always recommend you to my family and friends.

Terrible company was told completely different to what we got. Was shown a picture that was going to print and was a different one and there saying they choosr a picture for you and have to pay if we want other one. I am not happy about being given a picture of my baby crying.

In Jan 2014, I purchased a £10 voucher at their stall in Edgware and was assured by an guy with african accent they operate in Edgware and I can take the photo any time. But in March when I called for appointment, a very rude women told me they closed that branch and I had to go to their other branch which was too far for me. They refused to refund even though they closed the branch. In April they set up stall again in Edgware selling vouchers so I thought they may not be crooks. But when I called them in May to use the voucher, an woman with Indian accent told me they closed the Edgware branch again! She was very rude without any customer service manner. It is a shame this country allowed these sort of people in to demoralise our society and ruin values.
People should avoid these crooks at all cost. I learnt never to trust certain people thanks to their own immoral, evil mind and deed.

COMPLAINT
Me, my husband and two little children came in for a photo shoot today, Sunday 09/02/2014.
We had purchased a £10 voucher in Uxbridge in December 2013. We phoned and made an appointment to come in on Saturday 8th February 2014 at 11am. However, I was unexpectedly made to work that day so we phoned your studio and asked to have the appointment changed to Sunday 9th February, at 10.15am. This was confirmed.
Today, on the day of the shoot, we were running late especially with two little kids and having to travel over 20 miles. So, I phoned at 10:10am and spoke to who was at the time, a helpful lady, who gave me another number for the studio 07983394500. I then rang this number and there was no answer. I thought, you must be busy with other clients.
We arrived at the studio to be told to come back the following Sunday. This was not an option for us, when I questioned why, we were told there wasn't the right photographer in store.
I then and now still ask, why was I not told when I phoned at 10:10am? I could have turned around and gone home at that time. Instead of having to find parking and walk all the way to your store.
I was then greeted by the OWNER of the store who was the rudest woman I had ever met. She was fair skinned, overweight with curly hair. She actually told me and my family to FUCK off. People like that should NOT be allowed to work in this country. She obviously has not heard of customer service.
I am in the process of consulting my lawyer for a lawsuit.
I want to give ZERO stars, because they do not even qualify for one star

Rubbish rubbish rubbish a bunch of ammeteurs. Kept me and my family waiting 2 hours as they failed to log my appointment even though my receipt clearly stated this and they didn't even apologise for being late when they entered even after calling them twice on the phone. I had a screaming 9 month old and toddler but no remorse we literally ended up taking a few of the same shots as my kittle one was crying so much. Spoke to customer service about service we were given and failed to call back and deal with my complaint. Better off going somewhere lije pixi photos or Debenham.
