Went on line for the phone number for hounslow and was put though to oxford street store then was told that hounslow store doesn’t have there own store number I find this strange a store not having there own phone number anyway all this because I’m still waiting for my on line order to reach hounslow it’s been 12 days and nothing even tried call customer service to find out what’s going on and have had nothing back from them this is very mad service will not be shopping with peacocks / Jane Norman again. ??
