Absolutely Horrendous! The overcharged me by £200 for the ticket, the receipt said no ATOL Protection, when I confronted them about this they quickly printed out a FAKE certificate which is ILLEGAL! They do not have an ATOL logo on their shop and are not authorised to give out this protection therefore is invalid and unauthentic! The lady behind the currency converter counter shouted at me from the top of lungs to tell me to be quiet for trying to sort out this issue, she even shouted at another customer for no reason. She doesn't know how to speak to customers and that defiantly is no way to speak to people who are paying money towards your dodgy company! DO NOT GO HERE! They are CONS and cannot be trusted. You'll end up stranded with no protection or guarantee if anything goes wrong and their tickets are non-refundable so you're screwed and will have to pay for another ticket to get yourself out of the mess they caused! Save your money and go elsewhere!
