Please think twice before purchasing this voucher! Even though the deal states cut the staff insisted groupon deals only get a trim. Nor does the fine print say anything about additional £15 charge for toner. I went to the salon before purchasing the voucher and was told by three members of staff I could have low lights instead of highlights. The owner was present and in ear shot of our conversation but did not intervene. However, after I returned to redeem my voucher I was advised I need to pay an additional £40. The owner was rude and completely unprofessional. She refused to give me her name (Gulyani?) Not once did she apologise for her staffs error or the fact that she did not correct them at the time. Furthermore she got annoyed that I didn’t pay the salon directly. Honesty and integrity is questionable. Avoid this substandard establishment.
