Have tried to rent a property but instead of moving in I have lost my money as I was not contacting them myself enough. Have not heard from the Agency and references over a month ago and got confirmed that i have lost my money. How nice. No customer service provided until you will clear all funds. Do not expected to go extra mile for you - they will not even do one step. At the end is it all your fault anyway. Worst experience in my life. Have been treen ting in UK many years but never came across service like this. Will not recommend this company to anyone ever.
