Lets Move London Estate Agents in Hounslow means=
Landlords Be Aware these are dodgy people, not professionals at all, liars & rude.
They let your property to multiple occupants without your knowledge, they show you a few tenants who sign the contract, but in fact they let it to as many as people pay them money.
They fooled me once telling me they have found couple of girls, but later they became six (3 couples).
They told the tenants to tell me they are only visitors whenever happens I go there, so each time I see a difference face in the flat, they say "she is my sister & lives around".... until one day I found completely different people who all said they are sisters & brothers of each other {even though they were different nationalities}
Videos were taken for those who enter the flat in regular bases as well as photos of the names on letters posted to the address, to be used as evidence in the court.
The flat was left dirty and damaged without the proposed check out as per our contract.
Please avoid dealing with LetsMoveLondon Estate Agent

When I arrived at this agency I was very surprised considering the previous reviews. The staff were very helpful. I was greeted with a cup of coffee on arrival. When I actually moved in to the property, I was pleased. Any problems that did arise, I notified the staff Daniela and Rani who were both extremely helpful and sorted my issues out efficiently. There was one small issues that I had with the shower which was leaking, although when I notified Karthik who deals with maintenance, he sent someone straight away to see it. Overall I am pleased with this agency and there management skills. I would happily refer them to friends and family!!! Keep it up guys.....

Had a lovely time at the apartment, original apartment I booked online before arrival was not available at the time of arrival but was given another( 2bed) for the price of my original studio booked.
This was nice.... Rani was friendly and professional, the caretaker at d flat was very helpful and friendly.... Made our stay very convenient.
The flat was very very neat, central heating & hot water ( which is very important to me) worked fine.
A good holiday apartment, would definitely recommend to friends & families.
Pls pls pls keep the flag flying....

Have tried to rent a property but instead of moving in I have lost my money as I was not contacting them myself enough. Have not heard from the Agency and references over a month ago and got confirmed that i have lost my money. How nice. No customer service provided until you will clear all funds. Do not expected to go extra mile for you - they will not even do one step. At the end is it all your fault anyway. Worst experience in my life. Have been treen ting in UK many years but never came across service like this. Will not recommend this company to anyone ever.

Terrible service
You have to ask for 100s times for them to come something to fix
Nothing is working in the property electric wires are worn and dangerous , mold coming all the time the washing is not working and they did not do anything about that
There was a flooding because of old pipes so the accommodation is so old but they do not fix anything
