A regular customer of Sasta paradise, I have purchased 3 pairs of contact lenses prior to my negative expierience. I had purchased a pair of Halloween contact lenses from the store. The woman who had sold
me the lenses did not take the lenses out for me to check them, not did she give me addiquent change. When opening the product at home, I had discovered that one lense was fractured/chipped therefore defect. I had returned to the store within a week to request a refund, the manager pulled out what seemed to be a rollerdex of excuses on how they check every lense, I felt very intimidated and nervous that I left the store. I simply wanted to rid of the whole issue and eradicate my chances of ever returning. I suggest only purchasing contact lenses from a clinical pharmacy.
