I Had shellac nails done (by the manager may i add) for a wedding and within a hour they had crinkled up as not been dried correctly. I had to have nails corrected on two occasions and had chipped nails for the wedding- to be questioned by staff "are you sure you even got them done here and "what time of day did you get them done" like i was a liar. On the 3rd visit back i asked for a refund or credit note in which the manager laughed in my face and offered £10 off my next visit? When i payed £24 for the treatment, i refused this as i wanted a refund for all the hassle i had been put threw. Not once was i apologised to for the inconvenience- I was eventually threatened out the shop by her vicious old husband who owns the business and told I'm not getting anything. Absolutely disgusting customer service. thieving COWBOYS. Who have no clue about nails just about taking peoples money.
