i must admit i had the best experience in this specific branch of metro bank, i lost my debit card, they managed to block it and instantly provided me with a brand new one right there an than less than 5 minutes wait.
the staff helped me with my business account inquires and i must admit i was very well impressed by them, so a small shout out to the individuals that helped me out!
