i must admit i had the best experience in this specific branch of metro bank, i lost my debit card, they managed to block it and instantly provided me with a brand new one right there an than less than 5 minutes wait.
the staff helped me with my business account inquires and i must admit i was very well impressed by them, so a small shout out to the individuals that helped me out!

Customer service is appaling or non-existent. Once you get there you mert bunch of kids who have no clue of what they are doing.
Wanted to open an account for my 2.5years old daughter been told to an hour at least asked if they I could rather book an appointment as such little child would struggle to wait so long - been told they did not do appointments. Fair enough, left and came back later to check weather the wait would be shorter then, sat down and waited for about 15 minutes and no one asked if they could help but then served another 3 people who just walked in to the bank!!! Seriously made me angry!! I would rather invest my money with the vank that cared at least s bit more.
An advice - employ some mature, professional people rather than clueless school-leavers!!!
